Problems with CorelDRAW X3 and gradiants

Post by krosbones »

I am having a problem with gradiants in CorelDRAW X3. I can see them on the print preview, but get an error saying " some spot color effects may not print out as intended " when I print out my films, I get everything but the gradiants.
I can save the same file as a CorelDRAW 12 file and print all with no problems.
Anyone else having a problem with this? Anyone heard or seen a fix or patch for this?
Thanks

PC, CorelDRAW X3, FastRIP, Epson 3000

I am having a similar problem, but with radial gradients only, and I'm not getting an error message. I am currently using an hp laserjet 8000. I've been to Corel to look for a patch and haven't found anything yet...

Sorry I couldn't help, but now you know you're not the only one...

I'm running the exact same set up...

Would you be interested in sending the file to me?
I can see if it prints out here, if it does then its a setting problem.

If not, its an art problem.
