Emulsion problems

Post by newbieshirts »

Hi,

I am new and doing everything basic to start out with.
I am using emulsion sheets that I lay down on the screen.

After drying, I remove the top sheet from it and burn the image into it.

After the burn, the emulsion is like a hard plastic that I cannot remove with emulsion cleaner and also cannot print shirts with because it pulls up and is not clean.

Please help. What am I doing wrong? I think either I am using too much or too little water ont he screen. Drying the screen for too long or too short.

Any ideas?

TIA

Tried some of those when sample was sent to shop. Just didn't like them. Stuck with my trusty ole bucket and scoop coater.
