M&R Sportsman M

Hello,
I am currently working with a M&R Sportsman M that is not bolted to the shop floor (it is a heavy machine but it does have holes for screws or bolts in those little base plates). My question is: is it possible for it to move in case I increase the revolution speed?
And also: I haven't received any training or technical literature on this specific machine and I'd like to know if it is possible to set it to revolve clockwise as well... Thank you for any information.
