Screen/Postive alignment on 3140 exposure

I just got a new MSP 3140. Is there a way to align the positives so they match up screen to screen better?
I have seen video from US screens that uses a board taped to the glass with marks for screen placement, but transparencies seem a little hard to align.
Has anyone come up with an easy solution? Tri Loc will not work for me, I have a lawson HDMAX printer...
