im having a problem with my screens when i go to print......the screen is fine and the image seems solid before i go to print but when i start printing part of the image become blocked out and doesnt print onto the tshirt.

any thought on this?

Could be several things, squeegee pressure(printing manual or auto?), scumming in open areas after improper washout, problems with ink (need retarder?) to name a few. Does your print start out fine and then close in? Be more specific and maybe I can be of more help.

its manual.....its starts out clear and my first shirt will turn out fine but wen i got to print the next shirt after i back flood areas of the image is blocked out? using plastisol inks as well incase that helps
