American Apparel compareable blank tees???
Does anyone on here know if there are any compareable shirts to American Apparel and where I could find them at? I am looking to get the shirts for around $4 a piece if not cheaper, can anyone help me out???
Re: American Apparel compareable blank tees???
American Apparel are considered FASHION Tees by most people.
You wont find anything cheaper with the same feel.
Then again it really all depends on how many you are buying and from whom.

.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.

I just found these shirts called Tultex Fine Jersey. They are just as soft as AA and have that slim fit. Plus they have tear-away tags! You can buy them for less than $3. This is the only place you can buy them wholesale: tscapparel.com

I checked out that site...
Prices are not really any better for me but whatever works right?
Thats Tultex looks like AA even with the photos. Someone is being slick.

Yeah, check this site out: http://www.blankapparel.com/
Pretty cheap to me. I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for.

Yes I have been ordering the gildan G64000 ringspun tee. IT IS IDENTICAL TO THE AMERICAN APPAREL STANDARD TEE. It even has a skiny tag. The two problems...until 2009 they only offer it in 10 colors opposed to 82 And the female version wont be released to the public till mid 09. Its hard for me to find a good pic of it online but here is a pic from my wholesaler at the link below....email me if you want more info jason@guruink.com

By the way if you want to order them contact suzie @ Action thincwear---1800 452 1200 and tell her jason the guru sent you!!!
hope this helps

If anyone's heading to one of the remaining shows (Chicago, Indianapolis, etc) and is planning on buying a medium of the red shirt, let me know. I bought a medium and it's definitely too small.

+1 for the Gildan Softstyle line. Good shirt, good price! My customers love that style. I think they even come with tearaway tags now.

"Everyone wears T-shirts. The prostitutes do too. That's the point. American Apparel's real. We don't use agencies. Not that we won't shoot a model, because models are real too. We want to be open to everybody," explains Charney.
But can you ever have enough T-shirts? "I think the average person in the industrialized world has 25 T-shirts," speculates Charney. "But the thing is, it's not about how many T-shirts you have, but how many are your favourites. How many times have you fished a T-shirt out of the dirty fucking laundry, when there were clean ones available? Those are the kind of T-shirts I want to make.
