color bleed
We've been printing royal blue letters over yellow background, but the plastisol ink (blue) is bleeding slightly into the yellow. Is there a way to keep this from happening so the letters look sharp? Could we be over curing? When we flash cure, is there a time or a temperature that we should be aiming for, or does this have nothing to do with the problem?
Re: color bleed
What mesh are you using? What kind of fabric?
Re: color bleed
Printing yellow and blue together is always a pain, tends to bleed and form a bit or green. But I would recommend flashing the yellow and applying the blue secondly. I believe our flash dryers run at around 300 degrees for approx. 5 seconds before applying the next coat. But you may consider adding a little shirt relief or a stroke of white in between the yellow and the letters, this of course would keep them from bleeding together.

Edge the colours with a little stroke of, say 50% of the solid colour, gives a margin for error
