Seeking Affordable Printing

Hi,
I recently made an online store with t-shirts, I have the designs, but I've been unable to find affordable printing.
I have previously used vistaprint.com , which cost me something like £4.00 a t-shirt, and the quality was pretty good.
I'm trying to find somewhere that will print a4 size , screen printing preferably.. and im hoping to find it under £7.00 ? With decent quality t-shirt that won't shrink or loose colour.
I'm also trying to find somewhere where I can order as many as I like and not be restricted to buying 20+ T-shirts.
I'm just seeking affordable quality for my t-shirts.
I currently Have 6 designs, But i'm in the process of making more.. Can anybody help me out ?

edit : Am I right in thinking there is such thing as "laser printing" ? and if so.. is this more expensive then screen?
