Ink not drying...too humid?

I recently relocated to an older house and it's damp in the basement where I work. I've been drying shirts for about a minute under a flash dryer. Shirts seem dry but after a few hours, the ink is sticky like it was never under dryer. I washed one and the ink came completely off. Will humidy/dampness have that big of an impact? Any suggestions? Do I need to move again?

If you are using a plastisol ink you really need to use a belt dryer that is getting the ink cured at around 350 degrees. A flash dryer just seems a little sketchy as far as curing ink to be worn and washed. Especially if you are layering or using white ink the prints need a longer exposure time to a high heat.
