letter bleeding
HI THERE IM FAIRLY NEW TO PRINTING BUT HAVE SO FAR BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH A FEW HICCUPS BUT CAN NORMAL IDENTIFY AND RECTIFY THE ISSUES. HOWEVER THIS ONES GOT ME I HAVE SOME BOLD LETTERS ON A 90 MESH SCREEN USING SPRINT WHITE INK. AFTER 7-8 PRINTS I HAVE TO CLEAN THE PRINT SIDE OF THE SCREEN BECAUSE I LOSE SHARPNESS ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGES OF THE LETTERING IS THIS COMMON OR AM I DOING SOMTHING WRONG? tHANKS FOR ALL THE HELP ! Sharp squeegee and less flood pressure. Is your ink thinner than normal if so try a thicker ink.

Possibly try using a higher mesh like a 110 or 125. White can be tricky but maybe also use a sharper angle with your squeegee.

yeah i'd go with a higher, finer mesh to retain the detail. Also, how many coats of emulsion are you adding on? maybe add an extra coat?
