I cant seem to get an opaque transparency I tried kinkos and tried my inkjet printer.
So while I was looking thru the settings in my print options I thought maybe if I add a little yellow, red, or both to
the black to block the UV rays that might otherwise make it thru.
Any thoughts on this?
Transparencies with red or orange tint in the black?

Re: Transparencies with red or orange tint in the black?
I looked at the uv opacity of inks a while back (Epson Ultrachrome), the black was densest, followed by the yellow and then the cyan & magenta. Monochrome black is the best, there have been some RIPs adding yellow K3 ink to the photoblack to boost density on printers like the 7800/9800.
More black is generally the way to go.
