Discharge Printing
You will only have moderate succes on your dryer, not due to its size but the fact that it is only a radient dryer without any forced air.
Generally speaking discharge works best with gas dryers or electric dryers that have a good forced air recirculation blower to evaporate the water as discharge is a water based product.
With some trial & error you may be able to produce a shirt, but you will never get it to work completly. Also note that it only works on certain 100% cotton garments.
