Hello all!
I am very new to screen printing and just burned my first screen with little success. I am currently using Diazo photo emulsion. I coated my screen and allowed it to dry in the dark for approx days before burning it outside in direct sunlight for 2 minutes. It came out overexposed and when I went to wash it out I was able to remove all of the emulsion except for the outer borders where it was thicker and a few small spots where the actual design was. I have been using Diazo emulsion remover and am not sure where to go from here. At the moment I am working out of a dorm room so everything is very DIY and any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance! -Aidan

Google step wedge test. You should also be able to get all info from supplier concerning times exposure distance bulbs etc.
