spider webbing ink

Hello everyone, I'm new here and looking for a little info on silk screening on white pvc sheet material with Nazdar 9700 series black ink. I'm not sure if I should be thinning the ink and I also get a lot of spider webbing, this is for a product I manufacture and I do the same thing over and over, any help is appreciated.
