Problem design: Image is essentially an 8" circle with 2 colors on top - total of 3 screens. There is white in the design. Using white base 156 as the white highlight too - P/F/P/F and colors on top. Union Eclipse white (often difficult to print as it is short body and rides the squeegee, no proper flooding) 110 would be better but boss is concerned with curing (?) and hand. Gildan hoodies are already difficult to print on - not sure if they are 50/50 or cotton. Colors are on 230s as there is some fine detail along with the solid areas. Blue print shows tiny white dots where it didn't cover - has been a big problem on sweats. Any suggestions? We are presently plastisol only. Was thinking of perhaps discharge the white but not sure of Gildan sweats. Would it be best to use a 110 as base and add a 156 for a highlight? This question is more for advanced printers. Thank you.
