Hey, I just bought a 500 Watt Halogen Light that Im going to expose my screen with. Does anyone know how many inches the light needs to be from the screen and how long the exposure time should be? Thanks!

hi i used the same light for a while cant remember exact height but it took up to 40 minutes to get a good screen exposed.

You can use unfiltered black light flourescents or go to home depot and pick up a $30 metal halide. You should be able to get info from your emulsion supplier about light source, distance and time enough to make a step wedge test shot.
