Hi,
A lot of screen printing supply companies are not allowing you to purchase products and apparel without a reseller certificate and other paperwork. How do i apply for one?
Any info would be helpful.

Go to your local Dept. of Revenue office and apply. It gives you the responsibility to collect sales tax and pay the government the tax you collect on items you sell. Without it you must pay sales tax on purchases from your suppliers if they will even deal with you without it.
