Screen Printing Forum

Does anyone know where I can find a descriptive article about how to make simulated process positives with photoshop? I don't want to buy a program that does it for me; I would rather learn how to do it myself.

Any help would be appreciated (p.s. i have already read the article by Scott Fresner describing the differences between printing methods, and Impressions Magazine's Article about Simulated process, but neither had a step by step description).
