What do you all think about starting a screen printing business without our own graphic designer? Any suggestions about computer programs???? Thanks for your time!

Kinda like going on a cruise with no boat. Take a local night class at community college on screenprinting if you can find one. Try Corel to start learning how to create your own positives ( it's probably one of the most user friendly programs) and look to invest in a proper printer to make them as well. This business has a steep learning curve for those starting from scratch with no prior knowledge or experience. Most don't make it. Good Luck.

No Designer = No Business
If you can find a good artist that will work with you then you dont need to be an artist yourself.
but in my experience if you dont take care of your designer.... he/she is going to leave you high and dry
